Question by VonBondiesluvr: Where can i find cheap designer clothes in NYC?
I’m looking for cheap designer clothes in NYC. I don’t want to go to stores in the mall. I have kind of an edgy style but not a lot of money to spend. Also, if this helps, I read Elle a lot and I really like Chanel, Vivienne Westwood, and YSL.
