Question by : what are good stores to buy really cheap clothes and i dont want online store?
i am looking for cheap clothes like shirts for 5 $ or pants for 10 $ idk what store 2 look for cause they are all expensive
and what stores have really cheap make up? like 5 $ for eyeliner or 10$ for foundaton?

Forever 21, is your best bet. H&M has some stuff that price too, check out Platos closet if there’s one near you

Rue 21, Forever 21, Ross, Marshalls, even try to take a stop a Goodwill. They have “deisgner” brand clothing for really cheap. From accessories to blazers and such. hope that helped!
I would try Target, Walmart, and thrift stores like Value Village, Goodwill, and Habitat for Humanity.
